ADULT FORUM

Please join us for our History and Hymns Carol Class (adult forum) during Advent. This adult forum will last about 30 minutes and is after our Sunday church services in the Parish Hall. The class will occur on Advent I (December 1st), Advent II (December 8th), and Advent III (December 15th). On Advent IV (December 22nd), we will finish the Christmas Eve services' decorations.

The Carol Class will begin with parishioners choosing a Christmas hymn. Then, as a group, you will sing the hymn. After singing, John Breed will teach the musical structure of the hymn and Mother Lea will discuss the history of the hymn.

You do not need to sign up for this adult forum. Come and have fun with your St. Bart's family singing and learning about our favorite Christmas hymns. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

priest bible study

Mother Lea will teach a Priest Bible Study class every Monday at 10:00 am beginning on Monday, December 2nd. This class will be available via Zoom. You do not need to sign up for this class, and we will have the Zoom invitation in next week's newsletter. The possible books for discussion are “The Gospels”, “Short Stories by Jesus”, and “What is the Bible”
